Bilingual Clinical Support Specialist - EPIC & Records

NeighborHealth in Boston is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to assist the OB/GYN department by keeping patient records up to date and assimilating outside clinical information into our EPIC system. This role coordinates internal and external communications, including outside test results, pharmacy and insurance communications, and patient follow-up; bilingual English/Spanish skills required. Proficiency with medical terminology and office workflows is preferred to expedite care delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
