Your scope includes: Coach and support operators in daily execution, engagement, and continuous improvement Evaluate performance and contribute to annual performance reviews Validate daily performance metrics, transactions, time losses, and operational results Validate quality testing and support resolution of quality issues at the asset level Support DRS action plans and actively address asset‑related time losses Ensure continuous improvement and support Lean Leadership that aligns with evolving operational needs Perform Health & Safety audits , own A‑risks, and support action plans for a safe, clean, and orderly work environment What you bring You're a natural fit for Asset Owner-People Leader if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a related field OR a technical/vocational diploma A combination of production leadership experience and Lean manufacturing knowledge will be considered in lieu of a degree 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement and lean production system principles Strong organizational and prioritization skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is highly desirable Cascades values diversity and inclusion and considers all applications equitably. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cascades
