Required Coverage

• July 30 (8a) - August 3 (8a)

Ongoing Opportunity

• Vacation coverage
• Approximately 2 shifts per month ongoing

Schedule & Call

• 24-hour shifts
• 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM onsite coverage
• 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM offsite night call

Required Licenses & Certifications

• Board Certified Critical Care Medicine - Required
• Board Certified Pulmonary Medicine - Required
• Active Colorado License or IMLC - Highly Preferred
• Active DEA - Highly Preferred and required for credentialing
• Must be able to perform all required procedures

Required Procedures

• Bronchoscopies
• Line placements
• Intubations

• Inpatient Trauma Level III setting
• Open ICU model
• Collaborative specialty support available
• Ongoing locums opportunity due to vacancy coverage
• EPIC EMR

Clinical Environment

• 10-bed ICU
• ICU rounding responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with consulting specialties as needed
• RN support staff provided

EMR & Training Requirements

• EMR modules must be completed prior to training
• Virtual EMR training required
• Onsite EMR training included the morning of the provider's first day
• EPIC EMR experience preferred

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced Critical Care/Pulmonary physician comfortable in open ICU setting
• Strong procedural skills including bronchoscopy required
• Independent provider comfortable with day coverage and night call
• Flexible for ongoing monthly coverage needs
