We are seeking a talented and innovative Product UX Designer to join our team. This role involves crafting intuitive and effective user experiences for our generative AI platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of UX principles and be skilled in designing complex software applications that meet both user needs and compliance requirements.

Design user-centered interfaces and workflows for our AI platform. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability of the platform. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects. Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc. Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Familiarity with issues of web accessibility, web security, and compliance—experience with enterprise-level platforms is a plus.
