Job Description

This position offers a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year in May 2027. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio OT certification; compact licensure is accepted
• Experience working with K-12 youth in both school and healthcare settings preferred
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to various age groups and developmental needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and school teams
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to documentation and service delivery
• Open to onsite work only

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services directly to students, adapting strategies to meet individual goals
• Assess and develop IEP-appropriate interventions to aid students functional and academic growth
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to create inclusive learning experiences
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with district and licensure guidelines
• Participate in meetings and multidisciplinary teams, contributing expertise to support student outcomes
• Serve as a resource for families and staff, sharing knowledge to best support each student
