Operations

  • Follow all Chick-fil-A operational standards, company policies, appearance standards, and dress code requirements.
  • Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing responsibilities as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • The ability to meet the minimum availability requirements outlined below

Minimum Availability Requirement

To be considered for employment, applicants must be available to work at least three (3) closing shifts each week, including both Friday and Saturday closing shifts. Closing shifts typically conclude at approximately 11:15 p.m.

This availability is an essential function of the position and a condition of employment. However, meeting this requirement does not guarantee that you will be scheduled to close three nights each week. Weekly schedules are determined based on business needs and operational requirements.

Applicants under 18 years of age must be available to work until 10:00 p.m. including both Friday and Saturday, in accordance with applicable child labor laws and company scheduling requirements.

Applicants who do not meet these minimum availability requirements will not be considered for employment.

Math Pre-Assessment Requirement

As part of our hiring process, every applicant must successfully complete a five-question math pre-assessment.

A score of 100% is required to continue through the interview process.

This assessment helps ensure candidates possess the foundational math skills necessary to accurately handle cash transactions, food quantities, and order accuracy.

Applicants who do not achieve a perfect score will not advance in the hiring process.
