Overview As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the brand within partner retail stores, influencing potential customers, fostering relationships, generating enthusiasm for our products, and educating on renewable energy and storage solutions. Your impact will be measured by your ability to schedule appointments and expand the Sunrun customer base. Responsibilities Embark on retail visits to partner stores and represent the Sunrun brand. Proactively schedule and conduct solar appointments with potential customers. Educate customers about the benefits of solar and storage solutions. Build rapport and relationships to influence purchase decisions. Maintain a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays. Qualifications Excellent communication skills and a passion for renewable energy. Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and willing to work within a dynamic retail environment. Reliable transportation within a 15‑30 mile radius of the assigned territory. Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds while working in a retail setting. Commitment to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and evenings. Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly base pay with uncapped commissions based on new solar appointments. Total annual compensation ranges from $51,408 to $87,288, with top performers earning up to $160,000+.
