Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

An established skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee daily operations, lead department heads, and maintain high standards of resident care.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong operational skills, knowledge of long-term care regulations, and a commitment to building an effective team.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility operations and operational performance
Lead department heads and support staff development
Maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness
Monitor staffing, budgets, and quality outcomes
Ensure facility policies and documentation meet regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Active Illinois LNHA license required
Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
Knowledge of state and federal regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

$90,000-$95,000 annual salary, based on facility census
Potential to earn up to $100,000
Annual survey-related bonus opportunities up to $10,000
