Financial Accountant

Managing the financial records for a portfolio of properties, the full-time Financial Accountant will perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations, while ensuring compliance and accuracy in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting functions, ensuring the integrity of the general ledger through timely journal entries and organized documentation Manage monthly accruals and perform regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy Participate in financial analysis, supporting variance analysis and collaborating with senior leadership to enhance decision-making processes Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Prior hotel financial experience preferred Experience with financial analysis and reporting Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Ability to maintain organized documentation for audit purposes
