Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and versatile General Maintenance / Yard Work professional to keep outdoor spaces safe, functional, and visually appealing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, perform a variety of maintenance tasks, and contribute to the upkeep of landscaped areas and property infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive approach to maintaining grounds, landscaping features, and outdoor equipment. Duties

• Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure healthy and attractive turf.
• Maintain landscape features including planting, pruning trees and shrubs, and applying horticultural practices.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, planting, pruning, and installing landscape elements.
  
• Conduct snow removal during winter months to keep walkways clear and safe.
• Putting together office furniture, moving office furniture.
• Keep maintenance and tools organized and picked up.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely.
• Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; stamina for lifting heavy objects is essential.
  
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward property maintenance and safety standards.
