What You Can Expect

• Flexible scheduling based on your desired availability

• Hourly rates ranging from $40 to $50, depending on experience and assignment'
• COMPENSATION NOTE: Through Talera you are paid for ALL hours worked, not just billable hours - Therefore, If you are working full time at a rate of $50/hour you can expect an annual salary around $104,000.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Current state licensure where required, or ability to obtain quickly
• Demonstrated clinical experience in ABA service delivery, including at least 4 years of in-person BCBA experience or at least 1 year of remote BCBA experience
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to independently manage a caseload in a remote environment
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting RBTs and caregivers virtually
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
