Regional Property Manager

REGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER The Regional Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of a portfolio of properties in a specific region. This includes leading the managers responsible for the day-to-day operations of the properties, as well as the long‑term planning and development of the portfolio. WHAT YOU'LL DO Managing the day‑to‑day operations of a portfolio of properties, including leasing, maintenance, and repairs. Developing and implementing long‑term plans for the portfolio, including capital improvements and new development. Working with property owners and managers to ensure that the properties are meeting their financial and operational goals. Overseeing the budget for the portfolio and managing financial risks. Ensuring that the properties are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Recruiting, training, and developing property managers and other staff. Providing customer service to tenants and property owners. What It Takes CPM or CPM candidate preferred. 5+ years minimum experience in a regional role. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Property Management Software experience (i.e. Yardi, etc.). Strong skill in budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances. Proficient in creating annual budgets and carrying out asset management business planning. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
