Licensed Massage Therapist

Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their physical conditions and massage therapy goals Perform sports and deep tissue massage techniques to address specific client needs, including injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client requirements Arrive at appointments on time and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service Communicate and develop good working relationships with staff and repeat clients Provide excellent customer service and massage services to all clientele Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans Process client payment for additional services rendered outside of membership plan Clean treatment room between clients and set up the treatment room for the next client in accordance with standard set-up requirements Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all policies, service procedures, and standards Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for the spa Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques, industry trends, and best practices Valid massage therapy license/certification from an accredited institution Proof of Certificate of Insurance Reliable transportation method to main office in Union City, CA and various satellite locations within the Bay Area.
