Role Description We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our on-site facility located in Graham, NC. This is a full-time position, and the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment operate at optimal performance. Daily responsibilities include performing equipment maintenance, conducting troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and carrying out maintenance and industrial repair tasks as needed. The role also requires collaboration with the team to identify and rectify potential technical problems before they impact production efficiency. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance Experience in Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues Expertise in Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime Skilled in Maintenance and Repair of industrial machinery and equipment Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to safety regulations in a manufacturing setting Previous experience in textile or manufacturing industries is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
