Bellevue - Outpatient Lynnwood - Outpatient (Fall 2026) Additional Outpatient - Expected 2027 Job Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient Location: Lynnwood, Washington We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing behavioral health team. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) provides advanced psychiatric care to patients in an outpatient setting. This role involves assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing mental health conditions. The PMHNP collaborates closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to support stabilization and recovery. Highlights include: Expanding outpatient footprint throughout Washington State New Lynnwood clinic opening this year Additional expansion planned for 2027 Comprehensive psychiatric treatment services Collaborative care model with Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Therapists, and Clinical Support Staff Advanced treatment options including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Neurodivergent IOP for both adults and adolescents Modern outpatient practice environment In-person patient care with strong clinical support Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices. Provide medication management, including prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting psychotropic medications. Evaluate and treat patients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, schizophrenia, and other mental health conditions. Monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and wellness strategies. Qualifications Master\'s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in WA State. Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) . Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills. What Makes This Opportunity Unique?
