The Maintenance Manager - Manufacturing oversees a small team dedicated to maintaining and repairing all types of manufacturing equipment. This role emphasizes safety compliance, preventive maintenance, and team development while contributing to strategic planning within the manufacturing environment. The manager ensures efficient equipment operation with no travel required to other sites.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities
- Supervise and lead a small maintenance team (1-5 members)
- Coordinate equipment repair and upkeep
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Develop and conduct training for maintenance staff
- Monitor team performance and maintenance effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
