Red Stone Inn, a well-established hotel in the heart of Moab, is seeking a dependable and guest-focused Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $20+ per hour , depending on experience
• All new hires starting in June will qualify for a $250 sign on bonus, paid out after the associate has been employed and in good standing with the company for 90 days (based on hours worked)

Position Overview

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of Red Stone Inn. You will create a welcoming first impression and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
• Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Process payments and balance cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Complete shift reports and daily task checklists

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building positive guest relationships.

Schedule

• 3:30 PM - Midnight
• 4 days on / 4 days off rotation

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Professional and positive attitude
