Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician III - 3rd ShiftPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on material handling systems, conveyors, automated rollers, pneumatic sorters, and sorting equipment. This includes full PMs, critical parts replacement, and system reliability efforts. Diagnose and repair mechanical failures by changing motors, replacing belts, and servicing gearboxes, bearings, pulleys, and other power transmission components. Troubleshoot electrical and controls-related issues using schematics, manufacturer's manuals, engineering specifications, digital multimeters, and motor control circuit theory. Interpret PLC programs, connect to PLC processors for troubleshooting, and work with industrial networks such as ControlNet and DeviceNet. Create, modify, and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation to support repairs, upgrades, and equipment improvements.
