Deli Associates assist with food preparation and packaging products, merchandising, stocking, helps maintain our strict sanitization standards, and assists customers. This position will form relationships with customers, participate in team building, and have fun! Compensation for this position is expected to be between $12.77 and $16.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, certifications, and internal equity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and packaging deli products.
• Merchandise and stock deli items to maintain well-filled displays.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards throughout the deli department.
• Assist customers and provide helpful service.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Participate in team-building and support co-workers.
