ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Data Analyst in the Compliance department, your role will be to extract, transform, and analyze data to support regulatory reporting, audits, and cross-functional compliance initiatives. You will also design and develop tools and automated solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Compliance department. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources to support regulatory compliance reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights and real-time visibility into compliance metrics for the department and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with and provide data support to cross-functional teams including Transaction Review Department (TRG), Fraud, Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), and Agent Oversight.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual processes and increase operational efficiency across the Compliance department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Advanced SQL skills, with demonstrated experience in querying, transforming, and managing large datasets across relational databases.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, including data modelling, DAX, and report publishing.
• Experience with Power Automate for designing and deploying automated business workflows.
• Experience working in a compliance, regulatory, or financial services environment is highly valued.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
• High attention to detail and a rigorous approach to data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to support teams across the organization.
