Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Deburrers. In this role, you will work with precision metal components in a manufacturing environment, ensuring parts meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities

• Deburr metal parts using hand tools and established processes
• Assemble components following work instructions
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers when required
• Operate in a production environment performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Handle materials weighing up to 20 pounds
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing processes

Qualifications

Required:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable performing repetitive work
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working around light chemical odors

Preferred:

• Deburring experience
• Assembly experience
• Blueprint reading
• GD&T knowledge
• Experience using calipers and micrometers
• CNC machining exposure

Schedule

1st Shift

• Standard Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Monday through Friday
• Flexible start times available
• Four 10-hour shift schedules available for some employees
• On-site position

This is a Permanent position based out of Long Lake, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
