What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient hematology and medical oncology care at a community hospital outpatient center
• Manage 12-15 established patients daily, with light call responsibilities (phone only, 2-5 calls/week)
• Collaborate with a team of three permanent Hematology/Oncology providers, six RNs, one PA/NP, and six office staff
• Join an established, mission-driven practice committed to quality, long-term care, and patient-centered service
• Utilize Aria EMR for documentation and workflow management
• Engage in patient education, treatment planning, and follow-up care
• Support and contribute to a focused cancer treatment team in a stroke-certified, non-trauma facility

What You Need:

• Active VA medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
• Fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology
• Comfortable with outpatient clinical care and light call duties

• Long-term commitment and driving-distance candidates
• Experience managing diverse oncology patient populations
