**Exciting Opportunity for a Physical Therapist in Stockton, CA!** **Job Description:** - Join a vibrant team dedicated to transforming lives through physical therapy - Play a crucial role in enhancing patient mobility, function, and strength - Collaborate with a passionate team committed to continuous learning and growth **Essential Functions:** - Hold an active Physical Therapist license in the state of California - Regularly update PT skills and certifications as needed - Evaluate and treat patients, crafting personalized rehabilitation programs - Utilize Electronic Medical Records for efficient documentation - Guide and monitor patient care throughout the treatment process - Supervise PT Assistants and Aides to ensure quality care - Communicate effectively with physicians and team members for optimal patient outcomes - Maintain accurate patient charts and follow up on necessary reports and authorizations - Provide comfort and support to patients, addressing any questions or concerns - Collaborate with front office staff on scheduling and patient follow-up - Exhibit strong computer skills for documentation and communication - Make informed, independent decisions in patient care - Engage in marketing and referral processes when applicable - Adhere to HIPAA policies and procedures to safeguard patient privacy - Understand billing procedures related to various payment sources - Accurately code diagnoses and services using ICD-10 - Meet the physical demands of the role, including mobility, lifting, and patient transfers - Stay alert for patient safety at all times **Work Environment:** - Function in a dynamic outpatient rehabilitation clinic setting **Physical Demands:** - Engage in walking, sitting, standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day - Lift objects weighing over 50 pounds and assist with patient mobility **Required Education and Experience:** - Degree in Physical Therapy - Must hold an active license or be preparing to test for licensure **Preferred Education and Experience:** - Continuing education courses in relevant areas **Minimum Years of Experience:** - 1 year **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
