Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals on a PRN basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients, families, and communities. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the physician or nurse manager
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices, policies, and procedures
