Registered Nurse RN Interventional Cardiology

Job Summary Trinity Health of New England seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Cardiology unit at Saint Francis Hospital. The nurse will provide state‑of‑the‑art patient care, support multidisciplinary teams, and promote patient education and advocacy. Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care and contribute to overall quality through performance‑improvement techniques. Communicate effectively with administration, colleagues, patients and families. Educate patients and family members so they fully understand the care being provided. Maintain proficiency with electronic medical record systems (E‑MAR) and other computer‑based applications. Demonstrate strong teamwork, problem solving, conflict resolution and positive communication. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred. 1–2 years of acute care, ICU or cardiac telemetry experience for a per diem role.
