Outpatient LPN: Patient Care & Education

Appalachian Mountain Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join an outpatient FQHC team. You will support patient assessments, help implement care plans, and educate patients under supervision of the RN and Practice Supervisor.

Candidates should have an accredited PN program and an active North Carolina LPN license, with 1–2 years of outpatient experience preferred. This role emphasizes teamwork, compliance with nursing standards, and strong communication.
