CNC Machinist – Aerospace (Multi-Axis / High Precision)

We’re hiring experienced CNC Machinists to set up and run advanced multi-axis equipment producing tight-tolerance aerospace components in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate complex CNC machines (twin spindle/turret, mill-turn, multi-axis, and 5-axis)

• Work with machines like Eurotech, Okuma, Doosan, DMG Mori, and Matsura

• Load and run programs, read prints, and verify part specs

• Make minor edits to M & G code at the machine to optimize performance

• Monitor parts and adjust offsets, speeds, and feeds to maintain precision

• Troubleshoot issues (tool wear, finish, tolerances) and keep production on track

• Perform routine maintenance and keep a clean, organized workspace

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with multi-axis CNC setups (mill & lathe)

• Background in high-tolerance aerospace or similar precision machining

• Experience with twin spindle/turret and 5-axis equipment

• Ability to read CNC programs (Fusion, Mastercam, CAMWorks, etc.)

• Comfortable making code edits and adjusting tooling at the machine

• Solid understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and inspection processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
