As a Hearing Care Professional, you sell hearing instruments by educating patients on their individual hearing loss and the technology available to help them hear better. Will pay to move from anywhere in the US to run our Crestview location (neighboring city ok).Responsibilities:Conduct patient comprehensive hearing evaluationsConsult with patients and recommend the Beltone product that best fits their lifestyleFit patients with hearing aid settings to match their needsEducate patients on the use of hearing aids and other hearing accessoriesProvide appropriate aftercare with all patients to ensure the highest standard of patient careEnsure the Belcare promise is upheld with every patientSecure repeat and referral business through utilization of patient referral program and positive online reviewsPartner with the Patient Services Coordinator to lead the office in outreach initiatives; track and provide feedback to show effectivenessMaintain a clean and welcoming office and work environmentQualifications:Previous dispensing or fitting experience preferredCurrent license to dispense hearing instruments in the state in which you will be working; ORProven experience of achieving sales goalsExceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsWilling to work flexible hours/daysMust have good dexterity in both handsBeltone offers innovative hearing technology, plus superior patient care, which makes us a great place to grow professionally.
