Sales Associate – Wolverine Worldwide We are looking for a responsible, reliable, service‑oriented individual who enjoys a fun work environment. The Sales Associate provides customers with superior service and creates an inviting shopping atmosphere. Responsibilities Engage customers by being fully knowledgeable of store products and policies and present themselves and the store to create exceptional experiences. Operate point‑of‑sale register and accurately record transactions while handling cash, credit, and other payment methods. Detect theft and other security risks and respond appropriately. Handle inventory, merchandise, and displays, moving items up to 40 lb and climbing ladders as needed. Achieve sales goals and performance metrics. Follow best‑in‑class operational and presentation standards. Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive store environment. Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. Perform additional duties as directed by management. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated personal success in work, school, sports, or other activities. Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays. Retail sales experience is a plus. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles. Working Conditions Retail environment. Compensation Salary: $8.00 – $10.50 per hour.
