What You’ll Do Consultative selling – Generate and convert leads for auto, home, life and small-business lines; uncover needs and recommend coverage that truly protects clients. Relationship building – Make 60–80 outbound calls / follow-ups daily; host in-office or virtual appointments; nurture referral and community networks. Pipeline ownership – Track conversations in CRM, set next steps, and move prospects from quote to close with urgency and empathy. Client on‑boarding – Deliver seamless, policy-accurate hand-offs to service team and celebrate new customers with a "wow" experience. Community presence – Represent the agency at local events, charity drives, and networking groups—living the "good neighbor" promise.
