BendTec, LLC has an exciting opportunity available for a Receiving Clerk to be an integral part of our team. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Scanning of pieces picked and kitted.
• Creating the association to the spools BOM.
• Input material receipts into JDE system.
• Verify accuracy of all paperwork pertaining to delivery.
• Address any issues pertaining to delivery with vendor and/or internal department managers.
• Process Material Test Reports (MTR’s).
• Printing of bar code labels for material.
• Assist yard foremen with issues pertaining to deliveries.
• Maintain a document as well as a visual board of the material yard locations.
• Maintain filing system.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Experience: 0 - 3 years’ experience in the pipe fabrication field: Preferred; additional onsite training!
• Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office and JD Edwards
• Certifications & Licenses: Valid driver’s license
• Other Requirements: Ability to pass forklift training; operate overhead crane (experience or not); knowledge of piping materials (visual and descriptions)
