As one of the largest firms in the region, they attract sophisticated, high-caliber work from national, regional, and local clients.Our client is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join their busy practice, working with a high net-worth client base on sophisticated estate planning and administration matters.What You'll DoDraft estate planning documents, including estate tax planning trustsHandle probate and trust administration for high net-worth clientsPrepare or assist in the preparation of estate tax returns and gift tax returnsAdvise high net-worth clients on complex estate planning strategiesCollaborate with attorneys across practice groups on cross-disciplinary mattersQualifications5+ years of experience working with high net-worth clientsExperience drafting estate planning documents, including estate tax planning trustsExperience in probate and trust administration for high net-worth clientsExperience preparing or assisting with estate tax and gift tax returnsSuperior writing skills requiredAdmission to the New Hampshire Bar requiredAdmission to the Massachusetts, Maine, and/or Vermont Bar(s) a plusWhat's OfferedFormal bonus program for associatesComprehensive benefits packageHybrid work schedule flexibilityA collegial, service-driven culture with deep community tiesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
