Overview POSITION OVERVIEW: Sub-specialty: General radiologist with breast and/or musculoskeletal expertise Department: Radiology Reports to: Chair, Department of Radiology – Northwestern Medical Center Location: St. Albans, Vermont – Northwestern Medical Center Responsibilities Full-time General Radiologist to cover Northwestern Medical Center Leadership opportunities available if interested; program development, building partnerships with medical and surgical specialists Capable and willing to read breast and/or musculoskeletal imaging in addition to general radiology Breast/MSK procedures and lite IR procedures (thyroid biopsy, paracentesis, thoracentesis) preferred Day shift, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm No Call Full benefits package with generous paid time off (PTO) Commencement Bonus / Retention Bonus available Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO) Board Eligible or Certified, American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR) Residency Trained, ACGME Accredited Radiology Program Proficiency in Mammography or fellowship training in Musculoskeletal, Body Imaging, Neuroradiology, or Emergency Radiology MQSA for Breast Imaging Compensation Pay or shift range: 250,000 USD to 1,000,000 USD. Local Practice and Community Jefferson Radiology, established in 1963, is a 100+ physician sub-specialty group. The all-digital practice interprets close to one million exams a year and operates across Connecticut and Western Massachusetts with robust imaging services.
