As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol in Johnson City, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.18 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, exterior perimeters, and tenant corridors, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following site‑specific procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders as needed. Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions or assistance, and maintain a professional presence that helps support an orderly environment. Complete accurate reports, activity logs, and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
