Prime Care Nursing is looking for a dependable and customer-focused In-Office Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator to support our employees, clients, and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and excels at coordinating schedules while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and fill open shifts to ensure client needs are met.
  • Manage daily staffing schedules and respond quickly to call-offs and schedule changes.
  • Communicate with employees regarding shift assignments, availability, and scheduling updates.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, families, and employees by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and clients.
  • Monitor staffing coverage and proactively identify scheduling needs.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and employee records in company systems.
  • Support office operations, including answering phones and assisting walk-in visitors.
  • Collaberate with management to ensure quality service delivery and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in staffing, scheduling, customer service, or healthcare preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems quickly.
  • Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
