Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations for commercial interior projects. Maintain daily logs, conduct toolbox talks, and update Procore. Perform task analysis and ensure adherence to project schedules. Oversee quality control, particularly for ceilings, millwork, and high-end finishes. Coordinate look-ahead scheduling and ensure timely completion. Enforce safety standards and compliance with company policies. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a GC Superintendent (not trade-specific). Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes. Punctuality, flexibility, and excellent communication skills. Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Summit, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr.
