Ideal Pay range: $50.00-$60.00 per hours on W2 Job Description:
- AECOM has a need for Construction Inspectors to support the US Army Corps of Engineers Savannah at Fort Benning, GA.
- Preferred qualifications include more than 10 years of experience as a construction project inspector on large complex multimillion dollar DoD construction projects, experience using Client Office and experience using RMS.
- Job responsibilities will include reviewing and interpreting plans and specifications for completeness, accuracy, and constructability.
- Field construction inspection and reporting will comprise the majority of the work.
- Interaction with clients and contractors requires candidate to have a professional presentation along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements:
- HS + 10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- US Citizen
- 5 years of inspection experience on large DoD construction projects
Preferred Requirements:
- 10 years of experience as a construction project inspector on large complex multimillion dollar DoD construction projects,
- experience using Client Office and experience using RMS.
- Knowledge of the USACE Three Phase Inspection Process
- Knowledge of EM 385-1 Safety Requirements
- CQM Certification
