About the Role: The Butcher/Prep Cook is a key member of the culinary team, responsible for preparing ingredients and processing meats to support efficient kitchen operations. This role combines hands-on food preparation with skilled meat cutting, including trimming, deboning, and portioning a variety of proteins, while also assisting with the preparation of vegetables, sauces, and stocks. The position ensures all ingredients meet high quality and safety standards, maintains organized and sanitary workstations, and supports inventory management and kitchen flow.
