Operations Training Specialist

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Operations Training Specialist will develop and deliver training programs, create and maintain policies and procedures, and serve as a subject matter expert in customer service and payroll functions. Key responsibilities: Design and develop training curriculum and materials for customer service and payroll departments Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff using various training methods Develop and maintain market Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance and accessibility Required qualifications: Associate/Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in customer service and payroll functions with proven training program development experience Strong knowledge of customer service and payroll systems and related IT solutions Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with e-learning platforms Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
