Executive Program Director

Location: Mid- Atlantic region/Virginia/DC - Maryland. Employment Type: Full-Time Rockwoods is actively looking for a Project Manager to own executive relationships, drive account growth, and lead delivery across multiple concurrent programs primarily within Credit Union & Financial Services clients. Key Responsibilities Build C-suite relationships; act as a strategic advisor and lead executive steering committees and business reviews. Grow accounts through new SOWs, renewals, and expansion opportunities, partnering with sales and delivery teams. Oversee multiple projects/programs, leading Project and Program Managers to ensure quality, schedule, and client satisfaction. Own engagement financials budget, P&L, utilization, and margin and report on project health. Identify and mitigate delivery risks; manage executive escalations professionally. Lead engagements using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting to regulatory/compliance needs. Required Qualifications 10+ years in a Client Partner, Engagement Manager, Program Director, or similar leadership role. Proven executive-level client relationship management, ideally within Credit Unions, Banking, or other regulated industries. Experience overseeing multiple simultaneous programs and delivery teams. Strong financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, utilization, P&L). Track record of growing client accounts and expanding engagements. Skilled in executive communication, governance, and risk/escalation management. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rockwoods Inc
