Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $17–$18/hour

All About People is hiring compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support patients in behavioral health facilities throughout Phoenix.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient safety and behavior
• Document observations and progress
• Assist with therapeutic activities
• Respond to crisis situations
• Collaborate with the clinical team

Requirements:

• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR Certification
• TB Clearance
• COVID-19 vaccination or declination
• CPI Certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Background check and drug screen
