Registered Nurse ICU

$1713.60/week – Job Summary:Provide specialized nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a critical care setting. Ensure patient stability and safety through expert intervention and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Responsibilities:Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity levels.Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and protocols.Monitor patient vital signs and system reports using hospital electronic systems such as Epic and Pyxis.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, utilizing SBAR for handoffs.Respond promptly to emergent situations, including ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, and other critical diagnoses.Document patient care activities and clinical observations accurately and timely.Qualifications:Hold an active GA or Compact RN licensure.Possess a minimum of 2 years’ ICU nursing experience.Be BLS, ACLS, and NIHHS certified prior to start date.Demonstrate proficiency in ICU systems and devices.Capable of working day shifts (3×12 hours) with floating within scope of practice.Comply with hospital and compliance requirements, including full onboarding prior to start.Benefits & Growth:Access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Work in a dynamic environment with a diverse adult and geriatric patient population.Enhance critical care skills through exposure to advanced clinical situations.Benefits Day 1 Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceTravel reimbursement for assignmentsPaid sick leave and additional valuable benefitsAccess to our $1,000 Inspire a Friend Referral Program Why TactStaff?
