Bartender Pay Rate: $7.50 + Tips Red Robin bartenders also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage).Red Robin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service and communication skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips.
