Responsibilities: • Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates • Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building • Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products • Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly • Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals Handle customer inquiriesSell and solicit/provide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: • Candidates must clear a background check • Proven leadership and communication skills • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses • Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people • One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be willing to obtain an Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
