Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in MN (required)
• Experience in pediatric, school health, or as a Certified School Nurse (CSN), preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a variety of health concerns and provide emergency interventions as needed
• Dedication to working collaboratively with students, families, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide preventative care, assessment, and treatment to students
• Develop and implement individualized health plans
• Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate medical records
• Serve as a health resource for students, parents, and staff
• Respond to urgent medical situations and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with district personnel to ensure compliance with health regulations
