What You'll Do:

• Help customers find the right vehicle with a consultative, pressure-free approach
• Build relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Stay up-to-date on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
• Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
• Continuously improve through training and coaching

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly, professional personality with a team-first mindset
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Sales experience is helpfulbut not required. We'll train the right person!

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours : MondaySaturday, 8:30 AM 6:00 PM (with rotating days off and Sundays off)
• Earnings : $50,000$120,000/year based on performance
