7:00am - 3:00pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Retrieve customer data through various electronic formats (email, EDI, etc.)
• Processes purchase orders and forecasts from customers
• Acknowledge customer purchase orders
• Answer phones and interface with customers on a regular basis to address questions and requests
• Work with Sales to address pricing accuracy and any changes
• Work with the planning team to review orders for quantity and due date
• Create / print die shop CO's as directed by Tool & Die Manager
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

High School Diploma or GED with at least one year previous experience in an office environment; Associate's degree with customer service experience preferred

Ability to read and write English, following verbal instructions and using simple math

Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
