Mother Baby RN experience Mother/Baby Unit Our Mother/Baby Unit is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. Patient Population: Mother-Baby with occasional GYN surgery patients Patient Ratios: 1:3 couplets (1:6) Number of Beds: 20 beds (can expand up to 25) Department Specifics: >90% BSN rate, >35% certification rate, 96% for Press Ganey HCSHPS customer satisfaction, active Unit partnership council, IBCLC lactation support 7 days a week, Texas 10 steps certified, On-site OB-GYN, hospitalists, and Neonatology (MD or NNP) 24/7 Benefits Competitive pay including an RN Bonus Program rewarding nurses for providing exceptional care and improving patient outcomes. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an Accredited Program Major: Nursing Experience: 2 Years of Experience Certification/License/Registration: Registered Nurse (RN); Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
