Luxury Store Manager - Bachendorf's ($110-125k; luxury mgmt exp req)

Overview Luxury Store Manager – Bachendorf's (luxury sales exp. req). This role is located in Dallas, TX and includes a base pay range of $110,000–$125,000 with bonus/OTE potential. Start date ASAP. Core hours are 40 per week: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM; off Sundays and one weekday; must be available to work most Saturdays. We’re partnering with Bachendorf’s, the only multi-brand, multi-location jewelry designer in the DFW area. The Store Manager will lead the University Park location, partnering with an industry leader known for high quality standards and a focus on training, accountability, and culture reinvigoration. Responsibilities Oversee store operations including managing a team of 6 sales associates and inventory management Create and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability Maintain brand standards and pursue continuous product training Educate and coach sales associates to enhance sales techniques Maintain a visually appealing, organized store aligned with the brand identity Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly Conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales associates Meet with clients directly and close sales during busy periods Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and implement promotional activities Evaluate processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities Qualifications 5+ years of luxury retail sales experience required Supervisory experience required Strong retail operations background required Ability to work weekends and holidays required Details Location: Dallas, TX (NW Dallas near University Park) Salary: $110,000–$125,000 + Bonus (OTE: $120,000–$145,000) Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Employment and Seniority Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Job function: Retail Industries: Retail, Luxury Goods and Jewelry #J-18808-Ljbffr Bachendorf's
