Support Specialist

Joining the Customer Support team as a fully remote Support Specialist, the individual will provide ticket-based support to live Affiliates and Partners across a range of products, ensuring high customer service standards while occasionally handling phone support. Key responsibilities Providing ticket-based support to Affiliates and Partners across the product suite Collaborating with third parties and acquirers to ensure compliance and functionality of customer solutions Updating and creating internal documentation and contributing to projects aimed at improving customer experience Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience working directly with customers, preferably in the payments or FinTech industry Proficiency with customer ticketing systems, such as Zendesk Familiarity with the payments industry and key concepts like gateways and processors is preferred Demonstrated problem-solving ability and proactive approach to issue resolution Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
